Sales Person
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Person to join a leading design and print company based in Chorley, Lancashire.
In this mainly centre-based role you will be expected to maximise sales opportunities, profitability and customer satisfaction through providing accurate and timely estimates, winning and increasing sales.
This is a rare opportunity for somebody who is highly motivated to prove themselves within an established design & print environment by using initiative and skills possibly learnt in this or a similar industry.
The Role:
- Dealing with customer enquiries either face to face, over the telephone, via email or via internet enquiries
- Responding quickly to customers' requests for estimates with accurate and appropriate prices using our MIS.
- In addition to looking for new business, also developing the current client base.
- Liaising with customers and departments throughout the business to ensure that deadlines are met and a high level of customer service is maintained.
- Mainly based in our Chorley premises (PR7)
- Salary will be dependent on experience but will be at least Minimum Wage.
- Hours Mon-Fri 8.45am – 5.15pm
The Successful Candidate will have/be:
- A proven sales ability with at least 2 years' sales experience
- A knowledge of the print and or design industry would be preferable
- A desire to achieve
- Computer literate
- Great communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- A high level of customer service skills
- Commercial awareness
- An ability to follow processes and procedures
- An eye for detail and quality
- A good team player
- A flexible approach
- A desire to achieve
